Max Reborn Set to 32

Max reborn is set to 32 as it causes bugs when it reached 33.
Database can't handle more than 65535 points in Stat points remain. When reborn reached at 33, it gets 66,000 stat points supposedly but it will revert back to 464.
As for `MissMafia, reborn is set back to 32, level 300. With 7,000 points set in Int and 60,000 in Remaining Stats to add, a total of 67,000 points. Why 67K? 32 reborn x 2k points = 64k. 300 level X 10 stats/level = 3K. Which gives 64K + 3K = 67K.
Since i can't place 67K in remaining stats, i just set the 7k to int then 60K to remaining stats.
